RSSAlthough it won't concern anybody working at Marvel now (unless science really pulls through), has anybody given any thought as to what to do with all the 2099 characters once 2099 actually comes?
Somebody else’s problem. Assuming it is even still a concern.
There’s actually precedent: Deathlok was set in the dystopian future of 1985. X-Men’s Days of Future Past was set in the dystopian future of 2013.
